HIV Testing and Counseling
Free confidential testing and counseling (both before and
after testing) for the AIDS virus (HIV). Referrals to other
medical and community services agencies are provided for clients

Sexually Transmitted Disease Clinic
This is a free walk in clinic and no appointment is necessary.
A specialty clinic is held for confidential testing and counseling
for diagnosis and treatment of sexually transmitted diseases,
including HIV, syphilis, gonorrhea, chlamydia, bacteria vaginitis,
trichomoniasis, yeast infections, herpes, chancroid. (Southampton)

Dental Services
Dental care for indigent preschool and school aged children
who reside in the City of Norfolk is provided including: oral
examination and treatment plan, medical history, restorative
dentistry, dental sealants, endodontics, space maintenance,
scaling, prophylaxis and oral hygiene instructions and fluoride
treatment. A free may be charged depending on your ability
to pay.

Family Planning Clinic
Education, counseling and health care is provided for females
during their child bearing years.
Health care services include:
- physical examination
- pap smears
- pregnancy testing
- testing for sexually transmitted diseases
- appropriate immunizations
- birth control methods
Referrals are provided for prenatal care and special needs
identified during interview or testing. A fee may be charged

Senior Services of Southeastern Virginia
Provides a wide range of services to assist the elderly and
their families to improve or maintain the senior citizens
quality of life. Nurses provide health education, blood pressure
screenings, and serve as advocates for the elderly. The nurses
also provide pre-admission nursing home screenings for nursing
home placement, respite, adult day care and personal care
services for clients who are Medcaid eligible. Flu and pneumonia
clinics are held annually in sites throughout the city and
are provided to all citizens at a nominal fee.

The chest clinic provides diagnostic and treatment
services for people with tuberculosis or who have been in
close contact to people with tuberculosis. There may be a
