Five acres of land were prepared and lanscaped to create a neighborhood park. A multi-use trail surrounds one part of the Broad Creek housing complex, allowing bike riding, walking and jogging through a well designed garden. Benches, paved paths and a fountain complete this lovely addition to the Broad Creek Renaissance project.
