Lowery Road and Kempsville Road Intersection Signalization

  
     

Project Description: This project will install a traffic signal at the intersection of Lowery Road and Kempsville Road to allow for more efficient traffic flow. Both Kempsville Road (with the school) and Lowery Road (which feeds into the Military Highway corridor) are especially busy roads.
