Cape henry Avenue drainage improvements

Project Description: This project is designed to address drainage problems along Cape Henry Avenue between Ballentine Boulevard and McKann Avenue. New curbs and gutters will be installed; the sidewalk will be replaced and in some cases, added; and the roadway will be milled and repaved. The installation of curbing will allow the street to be swept by Public Works.
