The Management Services Division is under the auspices of the Director's Office.

The division is divided into four core areas --

1. Administration,
2. Public Affairs,
3. Human Resources, and
4. Training and Special Events Coordination

which work together to provide support to the department.

The Management Services Division works very hard to meet the needs of its customer base:

• The public (citizens, civic leagues, businesses, governmental agencies, 
  and other interested persons)
  
  
• Staff support for Public Works, and City Council and Administration.
