The mission of the Arthritis Foundation is to improve lives through leadership in the prevention, control and cure of arthritis and related diseases. The Virginia Chapter serves all of Virginia, excluding Arlington, Alexandria, and Fairfax County.

With more than 1,000,000 Virginians with arthritis, including 5,700 children, the Arthritis Foundation is a valuable community resource.
