To enrich the quality of life for our
citizens by:
- Providing choices and opportunities
for Norfolk residents to recreate.
- Development and operation of a full
spectrum of recreational services
for youth, adults and special
populations.
- Ensuring the management and
maintenance of the City's parks,
playgrounds, City beaches, the urban
forest and City owned cemeteries.
