We provide top quality drinking water to 800,000 customers in Norfolk, Virginia Beach, parts of Chesapeake, and to the US Navy.
We also provide wastewater services to approximately 240,000 people in Norfolk.
Norfolk Water
Norfolk is fortunate to have a plentiful supply of high quality water.
We have nine reservoirs including in town lakes and the western reservoirs that we own in the City of Suffolk.
The majority of our drinking water today comes from the Western Branch Reservoirs.
