  • We provide top quality drinking water to 820,000 customers in Norfolk, Virginia Beach, parts of Chesapeake, and to the US Navy.
  • We also provide wastewater services to approximately 240,000 people in Norfolk.

  • Norfolk is fortunate to have a plentiful supply of high quality water.
  • We have nine reservoirs including in town lakes and the western reservoirs that we own in the City of Suffolk.
  • The majority of our drinking water today comes from the Western Branch Reservoirs.
