Sealed bids are to be received in City of Norfolk Department of Utilities, Attn: Director’s Office, 400 Granby Street, 2 nd Floor, Norfolk, VA 23510 until 3:00 p.m., September 17, 2009 , for the above titled Project.

The Work under this Project consists of replacement and repair of an indefinite amount of existing sanitary sewer items and water, including materials, equipment, and labor for the City of Norfolk water and sewer system.

Only Bidders whom were pre-qualified are allowed to submit bids for the Annual Construction Contract For Sewer System Replacment FY10.
