INVITATION FOR BIDS 

Project: Pump Station 7, Phase IV - Water System Improvements

Sealed bids are to be received at City of Norfolk Department of Utilities, Attn: Director’s Office, 400 Granby Street, 2 nd Floor, Norfolk, VA 23510 until 3 p.m. local time, Tuesday, November 10, 2009 for the above titled Project.

The Work under this Project consists of the installation of approximately 6,300 linear feet of 8-inch diameter PVC water main, all appurtenances and connecting piping.

A NON-MANDATORY PRE‑BID CONFERENCE will be held on Tuesday, October 27, 2009 at 10 a.m. local time at the Department of Utilities , located at 400 Granby Street, 2nd floor, Norfolk, VA 23510. .
