    Traffic Advisory

  • There will be a dual lane closure of the right eastbound lanes of Brambleton Avenue, between Monticello Avenue and St. Paul’s Boulevard, beginning November 10th and lasting until November 20th. The curb lane will be closed at all times. The middle lane will be closed from 7am to 6 pm. Motorists are advised to use an alternate route via Virginia Beach Boulevard.

  • There will be a complete closure of eastbound Charlotte Street, from Bank Street to St. Paul’s Boulevard, beginning November 12th. This closure will last several months. Motorists are advised to use Monticello Avenue as an alternate route.

  Project Updates

  • The contractor is currently installing sanitary sewer in the Brambleton Avenue/St Paul's Boulevard intersection. The contractor will then begin installing sanitary sewer on St. Paul's Boulevard moving south towards Charlotte Street.

  • A second construction crew is installing sanitary sewer in eastbound Charlotte Street, between St Paul's Boulevard and Bank Street.

  • General questions and concerns may also be emailed to StPaulsBlvd@norfolk.gov.  This email address will be checked daily and all emails will be responded to within 24 hours (Monday to Friday).
