Water and sewer pipes are being installed in the intersection of
Bute Street and Yarmouth Street. This intersection and a
portion of Bute Street will be closed for the near future.
Construction will proceed down Bute Street to Dunmore Street.

Water and sewer pipes are being installed in York Street from
Dunmore Street to the NOAA property.

Water pipes have been installed in Yarmouth Street, from Bute Street
to nearly Freemason St.

Area Parking

The York Street public parking garage on Bute
Street between Boush Street and Duke Street is open to all. This
garage can be accessed from either end of the block.

The Baylor Parking Lot is available to customers
of certain businesses.

The YMCA temporary parking lot will remain open
and available to visitors of the YMCA.

Monday at 4:00 pm, in the Downtown Norfolk Council (DNC)
conference room, staff from the City of Norfolk will be present to
provide project updates, answer questions and concerns and collect
feedback. DNC is located at 201 Granby Street, #101.
All Freemason area business owners and residents are welcome to
attend.
