The Department
of Utilities Operations group comprises two divisions:
Together, the operations staff works in the field, across the City,
every day. They maintain the systems that bring clean water to
Norfolk homes and businesses, and carry wastewater away.
This group is at your service 24 hours a day, seven days a week to ensure
that you receive the best possible service from your water and
wastewater utilities.
