The Public
Information Office provides internal and external public relations, information,
and marketing support to all divisions of the Norfolk Department of Utilities.
We seek to develop mutual understanding and support between Norfolk Utilities
and the community.
The services offered by the Public Information Office include:

Submission to Outside Publications
The Public Information Office also coordinates
public relations and information activities with other City departments
through the City's Internal Networking Group (CING), and with other
utilities in the region through the Hampton
Roads Planning District Commission (HRPDC) and the Hampton
Roads Water Efficiency Team (HR WET).
