The Division of Water Accounts is responsible for providing quality assistance to our customers by:

• Researching and resolving customer concerns and questions regarding HRUBS bills, payments, and other account information 
• Confirming repairs and determining eligibility for bill adjustments
• Establishing payment arrangements and advising customers on financial assistance options
• Establishing and terminating water and wastewater services
• Completing work order field actions
• Maintaining and billing wholesale meter sites for Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, and local military installations
• Maintaining, reading and billing Norfolk residential and business customer accounts
