Norfolk Freedom Half Marathon is being held in the City of Norfolk, VA on Nov 13 2011. This inaugural event occurs Veteran’s Day weekend. the City of Norfolk have partnered to manage these events for the next five years. FMI will host a half marathon in 2011 followed by full marathons in the subsequent years.
