Norfolk Fitness and Wellness Center (NFWC) was acquired by the City of Norfolk in the Fall of 2004.

Since its inception, the NFWC has been the highlight of the Ward’s Corner Community with its wellness and fitness based program opportunities.

We have been introducing to the Norfolk Residents at an affordable rate: Wellness classes, mini-health fairs, exercise class opportunities, racquetball / gym and tennis courts, state of the art fitness area, programmable space for rental and meeting use, indoor/outdoor pool opportunities and Lakewood Dance and Music classes.

It is indeed with great honor that we offer memberships to the Norfolk and Non-Norfolk Communities at an affordable rate for all ages.

    NFWC Annual Membership Fees:

Non-Norfolk Residents $250
Single Day Access Pass     $10
Replacement Card Fee   $5

Monday - Friday  6:30 a.m. - 8:15 p.m.

Saturday 8:00 a.m. - 4:45 p.m.
Sunday  12 p.m. - 4:45 p.m.
Membership Office Hours:
Monday - Friday   9 a.m. - 5:45 p.m.  
Saturday                     9 a.m. - 1 p.m.
