Parking Customer Service Center is Open to the Public
The Parking Division’s Customer Service Center at 222 E. Main Street is open to the public. The new office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Customers are permitted to enter the building two at a time and must wear a mask in accordance with health and safety guidelines to limit the spread of COVID-19. Parking continues to encourage residents to use the self-service portal (https://norfolk.t2hosted.com/Account/Portal). This portal may also be accessed through Parking’s web page at www.norfolk.gov; click the round “Parking” button and then click “Customer Self Service.”
Additionally, residents may submit parking questions or requests through the MyNorfolk app, available for both iPhone and Android, call Norfolk Cares at 757-664-6510 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
ATTENTION RESIDENTIAL PERMIT CUSTOMERS:
The deadline to apply and display your Residential Zone Parking Permit decal is quickly approaching. Residential Zone Parking Permit decals must be displayed in your vehicle no later than Tuesday June 1, 2021. If you delay and do not display a valid decal, you will be subject to a citation.
You may apply for your permit through our online portal at www.norfolk.t2hosted.com or you may apply in person at Parking’s Customer Service Center located at 222 Main Street.
