Residents and businesses should continue to use their current stickers or hang tags.
Current permit holders will receive renewal letters by post or e-mail. Parking staff will respond to all requests with a confirmation of receipt within two business days. Customers will receive an email confirming approval or disapproval within 7 business days of receipt of the application. Permits will be mailed following application approval.
Customers may request visitor passes by email at email@example.com, or through the MyNorfolk app, available for both iPhone and Android.
The Customer Service Center on Main Street is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
By signing the Zoned Residential Parking Registration Application (RPP) or the Monthly Vehicle Parking Rental Agreement, the applicant acknowledges that he/she has read and understands the contents of the document. Furthermore, the applicant agrees to and accepts all the terms and conditions therein.
