Current Residential Parking Permits Effective through August
NORFOLK, VA – Residential and Business Parking Permits applications for new or renewed parking permits may be obtained from Parking’s self-service portal (https://norfolk.t2hosted.com/Account/Portal). This portal may also be accessed through Parking’s web page at www.norfolk.gov; click the round “Parking” button and then click “Customer Self Service.”
Residents and businesses should continue to use their current stickers or hang tags.
Current permit holders will receive renewal letters by post or e-mail. Parking staff will respond to all requests with a confirmation of receipt within two business days. Customers will receive an email confirming approval or disapproval within 7 business days of receipt of the application. Permits will be mailed following application approval.
Customers may request visitor passes by email at firstname.lastname@example.org, or through the MyNorfolk app, available for both iPhone and Android.
The customer service center on Main Street remains closed in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Division will not accept in-person residential parking permit applications and will not provide permits on site at the Main Street office.
By signing the Zoned Residential Parking Registration Application (RPP) or the Monthly Vehicle Parking Rental Agreement, the applicant acknowledges that he/she has read and understands the contents of the document. Furthermore, the applicant agrees to and accepts all the terms and conditions therein.
