The 2020 Senior Olympics, scheduled for May 4 - 7, is cancelled due to the Governor’s Executive Order concerning COVID-19. Check back later for 2021 event details. The Senior Olympics is a multi-day event for adults 50+. Activities include dancing, bowling, card games and more.
Programs
The Recreation, Parks and Open Space (RPOS) Senior Services programs provide Norfolk residents, age 55 and better, with quality educational, physical, social, and cultural activities and programs. These programs strive to enhance lives through skill-building, self-renewal, and fun!
Fee-Based Senior Courses
