Norfolk Senior OlympicsThe 2020 Senior Olympics, scheduled for May 4 - 7, is cancelled due to the Governor’s Executive Order concerning COVID-19. Check back later for 2021 event details. The Senior Olympics is a multi-day event for adults 50+. Activities include dancing, bowling, card games and more.

The Parks & Recreation Senior Services programs provide Norfolk residents, age 55 and better, with quality educational, physical, social, and cultural activities and programs. These programs strive to enhance lives through skill-building, self-renewal, and fun!
