Azalea Garden Place Residential Planned Development (PD-R Azalea Garden Place)” and c) for a change of zoning from R-6 (Single-Family) to PD-R Azalea Garden Place at 2676, 2680, 2686, 2690 Azalea Garden Road and 5211, 5212, and 5215 Krick Circle.

Letter from the City Manager and an Ordinance entitled, An Ordinance to amend and reordain Ordinance No. 45,935 to increase the grant funding from the Commonwealth of Virginia, Office of the Attorney General for the Fiscal Year 2015 Violent Gang and Gun Crime Reduction Program known as the Project Safe Neighborhoods Program by $112,000 in additional grant funds, appropriating the additional grant funds and authorizing the expenditure of the additional funds for the program for total program funding in the amount of $337,000 for the Fiscal Year 2015 Program.
