Rabies Clinic

The Norfolk Department of Public Health will be conducting a rabies clinic for dogs and cats at the main Norfolk Health Center, 830 Southampton Avenue, Norfolk, VA 23510 on the southwest corner of the intersection of Brambleton and Colley Avenues. All animals must be at least 12 weeks of age.Cats must be in carriers and dogs must be on leashes. A previous rabies certificate is required for the 3-year vaccine. For animals without a certificate, a 1-year vaccine will be administered. There will also be availability for pet licenses to be obtained for City of Norfolk residence at the event.
