The Norfolk Eviction Prevention Center is hosting a resource clinic to connect Norfolk renters facing eviction with the resources to help. 

First-come, first-served. No registration required. Light refreshments provided.

Rental/Lease Agreement - all pages*

Lease Ledger or Rent Due Statement 

Unlawful Detainer Notice (if applicable) 

14-day Pay or Quit Notice (if applicable) 

Landlord/Property Manager contact information 

Three months of most recent utility statements (gas, water, electric) - all pages*

Three months of most recent pay stubs*

*copies accepted
