    Lace up your running shoes and get ready to take on the Chartway Norfolk Harbor Half Marathon, We Promise 5K and Kids Mile presented by Bon Secours In Motion. This exciting 2-day event kicks off on Friday, November 17th with a Sports & Fitness Expo. Saturday, November 18th features the We Promise 5k and Kids Mile. Sunday, November 19th with the half marathon and post race party.This event features flat, fast courses, which run through historic downtown Norfolk, into beautiful old neighborhoods, and along the majestic Hampton Roads Harbor.

  3. MacArthur On Ice and Winter Carnival

    MacArthur Center kicks off the 13th season of MacArthur On Ice, sponsored by Longwood University. Whether it’s a family tradition or a first date, the center’s 7,200-square-foot outdoor ice rink is the place for good times this winter. As an extra treat, skaters will be delighted with a magical snowfall! The fluffy flakes will fall each night during three designated periods. Season passes and birthday party packages are available.
