    To honor the military service of African Americans, the MacArthur Memorial in downtown Norfolk will screen the World War II era documentary film "The Negro Soldier". Produced in 1944 by the U.S. Army and famed director Frank Capra, The Negro Soldier highlights the military service of African Americans from the Revolutionary War to World War II.
