  1. Military Gets a Special Rate in May at Nauticus

    May 1, 10:00 AM - May 31, 5:00 PM @ Nauticus & Battleship Wisconsin

    In recognition of May being Military Appreciation Month, Nauticus will honor members of our armed forces with a special admission rate. All month, active duty, retired and veteran military adults can visit Nauticus and the Battleship Wisconsin for only $12. A military i.d. is required. No other discounts will apply.

  1. Public Meeting Notice Joint Land Use Study (JLUS)

    May 2, 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM @ The Regional Building

    The Hampton Roads Planning District Commission is working with the Cities of Norfolk and Virginia Beach, the Commonwealth of Virginia and military on a JLUS focused on resiliency issues. Join our planning process and help us address the impacts of flooding on military bases in Norfolk and Virginia Beach. At this meeting, we will be informing the public about the JLUS study, reviewing findings from the stakeholder input process and preliminary analysis and collecting comments on how flooding impacts access to military installations and other Department of Defense services.
