  1. "A Saturday in Ocean View" photographs by Glen McClure

March 15 - April 26 @ Offsite Gallery, World Trade Center

Glen McClure’s photographs forge a connection between the subject and the viewer. For this exhibition, Glen and a team of four created portraits of random people encountered in parking lots, on sidewalks and at the beach entrance to the Chesapeake Bay during a September 29, 2018 visit to the Ocean View neighborhood. With over 60 solo exhibitions since 1997, Glen’s work can be found in collections at the Chrysler Museum of Art, the Mariners’ Museum, the Taubman Museum of Art and in numerous private collections.

March 29 - March 31 @ The Little Theatre of Norfolk

Summoned to a convent, Dr. Martha Livingstone, a court-appointed psychiatrist, is charged with assessing the sanity of a novice accused of murdering her newborn. Miriam Ruth, the Mother Superior, determinedly keeps young Agnes from the doctor, further arousing Livingstone’s suspicions. Who killed the infant, and who fathered the tiny victim? Livingstone’s questions force all three women to re-examine the meaning of faith and the power of love, leading to a dramatic, compelling climax. “Agnes of God” is presented by special arrangement with SAMUEL FRENCH, INC. by John Pielmeier Directed by Kathryn Strouse Performances 3/8/19-3/31/19
