Shortly after 1:00 P.M., Patrol Division Officers attempted to stop a vehicle for a traffic infraction.
The driver of the vehicle refused to stop and drove away at a high rate of speed.
Approximately 2 blocks from where initial traffic stop was attempted, the driver of the car lost control, hit several parked cars which caused his car to land on its roof.
The crash occurred in the 900 block of Quail Street.
A 15 and 17-year-old male were both transported to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital with serious injuries.
The investigation revealed the vehicle was stolen from the City of Virginia Beach.
Both males will face several charges once they are released from the hospital.
