[ARCHIVED] Man shot during a robbery on Campostella Road

Norfolk Police have one in custody after a man was shot during an individual robbery.

Shortly after 2:15 pm this afternoon, police responded to a report of a gunshot victim in the 1100 block of Campostella Road.

Once police arrived they located a 20-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound.

The man was transported to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital with serious injuries, but is expected to survive.

Police have one suspect in custody, and are looking for a possible second suspect to determine what led to the shooting.

There is no suspect description available for release for the second man involved in the incident.

After the man in custody is formally charged, the information will be released.
