[ARCHIVED] Police investigating a double shooting in Norfolk

Norfolk, Va. – Police are searching for a robbery suspect who shot two men tonight.

Around 7:15 this evening, police responded to the 1500 block of Corprew Avenue for a report of two men who had just been shot.

Both men, 24-years-old, stated that an unknown armed black man approached while they were walking, and demanded money. The men complied, and the suspect shot both of them.

Paramedics took the men to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The 18-20-year-old suspect is around 6’0”-6’2”, and was wearing a green hooded sweatshirt, jeans and a knit cap.
