NOROFLK, Va. – Norfolk police need your assistance in locating 82-year-old Arlethia J. Elliott of the 3000 block of Bapaume Avenue.
Elliott was last seen walking away from her residence yesterday morning around 10:30. She is about 5’5” tall, weighing 155 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes. Elliott was last seen wearing a blue and tan hat, black and white flowered shirt, blue sweater, black pants, and white socks.
