NORFOLK, Va. – A shooting in Norfolk late Friday night on East Princess Anne Road has left one man dead, and two men injured.
Shortly after 12:35 a.m., police received multiple reports of gunshots heard in the area of East Princess Anne Road and Goff Street.
Once police arrived, they found a man lying outside on the ground suffering from a gunshot wound in the 800 block of East Princess Anne Road. He was pronounced dead at the scene. His name and age are not known at this time.
Once the next of kin notification process is completed, his identity will be released.
Two other men were also found shot at the at the scene. Both men were transported to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital with what appears to be, at this time, non-life threatening injuries.
