NORFOLK, Va. – Around 12:45 p.m. on December 20, 2016, police were called to The Smoke Shack located at 1105 N. Newtown Road for an armed robbery that had just occurred.
According to detectives, a man entered the store, displayed a gun and demanded money from the employee.
The clerk complied and the man fled the location on foot.
The robber is described as a black man in his early 20’s wearing a black jacket with a hood and black pants.
There were no injuries reported.
