[ARCHIVED] Detectives arrest man wanted for exposing himself to children on a playground

NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) – Special Crimes Detectives have arrested a man who exposed himself to several children Wednesday evening on a school playground.

Jeremy Watson-Buisson, 36, is charged with two counts of enter school property after sexually violent offense conviction and one count obscene behavior.

Around 5 p.m. on October 3, Watson-Buisson rode his bicycle to St. Patrick’s Catholic School located in the 1000 block of Bolling Avenue. Once there, he walked over to several children who were playing on the school’s playground and exposed himself.

Norfolk police launched an investigation and released the video to the public for assistance in identifying the perpetrator. Countless tips were received which resulted in his apprehension.

Watson-Buisson, of the 7300 block of Glenroie Avenue, is being held in the Norfolk City Jail without bond.
