HRSD sends wrong Utility bill insert to Norfolk customers

Norfolk, VA (Friday, January 3, 2020) - HRSD mistakenly sent a Chesapeake insert about a water rate change to 2,000 Norfolk customers. This insert DOES NOT affect Norfolk customers and if you receive the insert in your bill, disregard it.
