NORFOLK, VA – Due to expected inclement weather, the remarks portion of the ‘Welcome Home Parade’ event for lightweight division boxer and Olympic Silver Medalist Keyshawn Davis will take place on Aug. 21 at 11:15 a.m. at the Lambert’s Point Recreation Center, 1251 W. 42nd Street. The parade processional is cancelled. Doors will open at 10:30 a.m. Face coverings are required while in the facility. City officials, Keyshawn Davis and his family will provide remarks.
