[ARCHIVED] Norfolk police need help identifying man involved in a bank robbery

NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) – Norfolk police are asking for the public’s assistance identifying a man involved in robbing a Bank of America Friday afternoon.  

Around 1:20 p.m., the man pictured below entered the Bank of America located at 1916 Colonial Avenue and demanded money. The clerk complied and the man fled the store.

There were no injuries reported.

The suspect has been described as a black man approximately 5’5" in height and 180 lbs. He was last seen wearing a red Chicago Bulls ballcap, white surgical style mask, black zip-up jacket, dark colored pants, and red shoes.
