NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) – Detectives are investigating an undetermined death after the body of a man was pulled from the water Thursday evening.
Around 5:20 p.m., on March 17, 2022, first responders were dispatched to the 400 block of Peace Haven Drive for the report of a body floating in the water. Norfolk Fire-Rescue recovered the body of a man from the water. The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
The man’s body was taken to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Norfolk to determine a cause of death.
His identity will be released once his next-of-kin is notified.
