Police need help identifying 2 robbery suspects

NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) – Norfolk police are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the two people who committed two robberies minutes apart.

On May 16, 2019, around 2:20 a.m. two young men, one armed with a shotgun the other armed with a rifle, entered the 7-Eleven located at 6900 N. Military Hwy., demanding money from the clerk. The employee complied with their demands and the pair fled the location on foot.

Minutes later, around 2:45, the same two suspects entered the 7-Eleven at 1511 E. Little Creek Road and demanded money from the clerk. The employee complied with their demands and they fled the area prior to police arriving.

There were no injuries reported.
