The Draft Plan is Here! The NFK2050 team is excited to host a series of open houses to kick off Phase 3, the final phase of the planning process. Residents and stakeholders will have the opportunity to review and provide input on the Draft Comprehensive Plan. All four sessions will be open-house style with a drop-in format.
- Tuesday, June 3, 5 – 7 p.m., Jordan-Newby Anchor Branch Library at Broad Creek (1425 Norchester Ave.)
- Thursday, June 5, 5 – 7 p.m., Southside Boys and Girls Club (701 Berkley Ave. Ext.)
- Wednesday, June 11, 5 – 7 p.m., Mary D. Pretlow Anchor Branch Library (111 W. Ocean View Ave.)
- Wednesday, June 18, 5 – 7 p.m., YMCA on Granby (2901 Granby St.)
The open houses will include the following information: - Project background, timeline, etc.
- Stations for each of the Plan Pillars (Celebrating Our Community, Growing Equitably, Embracing Nature, Connecting the City) with an opportunity to comment on the draft goals and actions for each.
- The Draft Future Land Use Plan and Map.
- Copies of the full Draft Plan.
For those who are unable to attend these events, additional online and in-person opportunities to provide input will be available over the summer.
