Need to finish up some last-minute gift wrapping? Searching for a backdrop for your holiday photos? Look no further than the library this December! We have everything you need to ignite that festive spirit—from fun crafts and an exciting visit from Santa and Mrs. Claus to an incredible New Year's Party that you won't want to miss. Winter Holiday Storytimes

Celebrate your special winter holiday at your local library. Join us for a time of books and holiday fun! Click here for dates and times.

Holiday Selfies

Dec. 6-20 

Join in some festive fun and stop by one (or all) of our anchor branches to snap a winter holiday-themed selfie. Dress up with provided props and post them online for all to see!

What's Happening!

Kwanzaa Crafts

On Tuesday, Dec. 23 from 1 - 4 p.m., get ready for Kwanzaa with a fun crafting session at Blyden Branch!

Holiday Gift Wrap Station

From Dec. 1 - 26 at Van Wyck Branch, use our Hanukkah and Christmas gift wrapping supplies, including ribbon, gift wrap, bags, bows and gift tags, while supplies last.

Santa and Mrs. Claus Photos

Santa and Mrs. Claus are coming to town! On Wednesday, Dec. 17 from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m., turn in your letter and prove that you’re on the nice list at Richard A. Tucker Memorial!

The Gift Wrap Stop

The holidays are stressful, so let us help! We have gift bags, wrapping paper and supplies. Bring your gifts to Park Place Branch on Friday, Dec. 19 from 4 - 5:30 p.m. and relax with us!

New Year’s Vision Boards

Manifest your best year with us on Wednesday, Dec. 31 from noon - 4 p.m. at Little Creek Branch!

DIY Afternoons

Create a DIY candle craft with us on Saturday, Dec.  27 from noon - 2 p.m. at Jordan-Newby Anchor Branch!

Third Annual Slovey’s Rocking New Year

On Saturday, Dec. 27 @ 11 a.m. - 12:30 p.m., celebrate the New Year with crafts, a dance party, selfie stations and a balloon drop at noon at the Downtown Branch at Slover!
