Using the Climate Action Plan as a framework, Norfolk’s Environmental Sustainability Team works with partners around the city to equitably improve quality of life in all Norfolk neighborhoods, reduce the city’s carbon emissions, and prepare Norfolk for the effects of climate change, such as flooding and increasing temperatures.
