The City of Norfolk’s Parks & Recreation Department, in partnership with Nancy Lieberman Charities and Pepsi Stronger Together, will open a Dream Court™ at the East Ocean View Recreation Center, 9520 20th Street, on Friday, November 4, at 4 p.m. A City basketball court is now transformed into a Dream Court through the generous donations of PepsiCo and its Pepsi Stronger Together initiative. This is the second Dream Court installation completed in Norfolk in partnership with Nancy Lieberman Charities. The Dream Court is high school regulation size, 50 feet by 84 feet, with two new basketball goals. It features a high-performance PowerGame surface from Sport Court, Nancy Lieberman Charities’ national partner.
