    Virginia’s pre-eminent professional symphony orchestra will appear in concert for a free evening Downtown Norfolk Waterfront performance at Half Moone Cruise and Celebration Center at Nauticus . The Virginia Symphony Orchestra concert is the fourth concert, in a series of 5 annual summer concerts that feature national recording artists, all sponsored by the Patricia and Douglas Perry Foundation. The evening will include gourmet artisan foods and beverages for purchase. Half Moone will open at 6pm.
