You can stop by the shelter 7 days a week during adventure hours to check a dog out for a field trip. We’ll review some rules with you, give you a waiver to sign, and make a copy of your ID. From there, you’re good to go!
Dogs are available for NACC Pack Adventures if they are not on stray hold, have no current adoption applications, and have a current rabies vaccine.
Of course! All pertinent medical and behavioral history will be discussed with Pack Members prior to sending the dog on an adventure.
Every dog is unique and there may be some dogs that we recommend to go a pack with older children or adults only. We’re happy to discuss age restrictions when you arrive to the shelter or you can give us a call prior to arrival to see if there are any pups that matches your family’s needs!
NACC Pack Adventure Dogs can go to public parks, the beach, or to dog friendly restaurants. NACC Pack dogs cannot go to dog parks, private residences, or locations where dogs are prohibited.
