goodtodo-yougraphics2.jpgExcess fertilizer is hurting Norfolk’s waterways by increasing nutrients that can be extremely harmful to water quality. Fertilizer contains pollutants such as nitrogen and phosphorus that can cause algal blooms in our waterways which harm aquatic life.

As part of our Bay Star Homes program, we offer FREE soil testing. Soil testing is the best way to determine the fertilizer needs of your lawn. To get a free soil kit and analysis, first become a Bay Star Home and then fill-out the Fertilizer Test Kit application.

Remember, Small Changes Make Big Waves
