Civic Facilities Commission
The commission acts in an advisory capacity to the director of the department of civic facilities and the city manager in all matters pertaining to policy, promotion of attractions, expenditures, use and operation of all facilities pursuant to Norfolk City Code section 13-29.

Membership Composition:

The seven (7) members are appointed by City Council and serve three year terms. The commission elects a chair and vice-chair.
