Norfolk Community Services Board
This board reviews, evaluates and provides treatment for mental health/intellectual disability and substance abuse.

Membership Composition:

No less than 6 and no more than 15 Norfolk citizens may be appointed to the board by the City Council. One third of the members must be identified consumers or family members of consumers, at least one of whom shall be a consumer receiving services. One or more members may be nongovernmental service providers. Local government officials must constitute only a minority of the board. Members are limited to three (3) full three-year terms. The board elects the chair from its membership.
