Programs
Show off your creative side through the RPOS Visual Arts program. The program offers between 300-350 classes annually to include but not limited to pottery, painting, cartooning, drawing, jewelry, ceramics, photography, sewing, and stained glass. Most classes are held at the Titustown Recreation & Visual Arts Center; however some classes are held at various recreation centers as well. Paul Street Gallery

The Paul Street Gallery is Norfolk's very own art gallery, located  inside the Titustown Visual Arts Center. The gallery hosts a range of exhibits throughout the year featuring works from local artists as well as students of the visual arts program.  
Gallery hours are:
  • Mon-Fri: 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
  • Sat: 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
