And help keep Norfolk beautiful!

KNB has awesome volunteer opportunities for individuals, civic and faith-based organizations, small and large businesses and military groups alike! Volunteers are the key to reducing litter in the City of Norfolk, conserving our natural resources, and enhancing community pride. Opportunities include litter cleanups, shoreline debris removal, environmental education, planting projects, and wetland preservation, to name a few. Opportunities are listed below.

Details: There are many locations around Norfolk that need regular care. The Adopt-A-Spot program is a coordinated effort between Keep Norfolk Beautiful and our volunteers to reduce litter throughout the city. Each year, Adopt-A-Spot volunteers prevent thousands of pounds of litter from entering our waterways. Click on the Adopt-A-Spot link above for more information.
